  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be available on select products or order values during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update with tracking details so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Issues

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned if they are:

  • Damaged during transit

  • In unopened/unused condition (for pots, tools, fertilizers)

Plants Return Policy

Because plants are perishable, returns on live plants are accepted only if:

  • The plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or dead

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
    Clear photos must be provided for verification.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your order details.

  2. Provide photos or a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and arrange pickup or ask you to send the item back.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For live plants, refunds or replacements are offered only after claim verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Used fertilizers or tools

  • Plants reported after the claim window
